Seeking roles from live event video design to R&D for audio-visual installation work

  • An evolving concept artist of mixed disciplines, with ambitious aims to create interactive, immersive environment experiences for all ages, probably involving the sky. I make work by hand as well as on a screen and love experimenting between the two. Strong on tactility. Strong software skills include Adobe Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro), SideFX Houdini, Touch Designer & Resolume Arena. Willing to adapt/ learn new tools for whatever an outcome needs. Video engineering experience includes video mapping a variety of surfaces, choosing equipment, networking systems, video projector installation and derig.

  • I love photography, mood boarding, pattern seeking and colour palettes. I can self-direct projects and am good at leading small teams of creatives.

  • BA (Hons) History and a Master’s degree in Fine Art with a focus on printmaking and works in the public realm.

  • Great ability to troubleshoot and problem solve in live event environments.

  • Festival work previously as lead, project assist, and event hosting at Glastonbury, Reading, Download and Leeds and V Festivals.

  • I have run professional community arts workshops for all ages, including screen printing classes (Newham Unlocked), Shadow puppet making (Mile End Art Pavilion), and online story-led crafts (Galactic Heroes). Artist liaison and site co-ordinator for Grandad’s Island and Walthamstow Garden Party.
    Community-focussed arts delivery is a passion.

  • Former music publishing assistant, editorial assistant, picture archive researcher and journalist for New Musical Express (NME), Uncut, & Time Out magazines. Started at the beginnings of Britpop (aged 14) and lasted until Neil Young’s 32nd studio album (aged 30).
